Review the total before payment
Confirm the item, quantity, shipping address, shipping charge, taxes when applicable, and final order total before submitting payment. If anything looks different from what you expected, pause and review the cart first.
Confirm any code before submitting
If an eligible Royal Honey Peak email includes a code, enter it at checkout and make sure the discount appears in the order total before payment. Codes are optional, may require a minimum order value, and cannot be added after an order is placed. Current code limits are listed in the Offer Terms.
Use a payment method you trust
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Card and payment details are handled through Shopify checkout and supported payment providers, while Royal Honey Peak receives the order details needed for fulfillment and support.
Watch for confirmation
After payment, the order confirmation is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking details are sent after fulfillment when supported by the carrier, so use an email address you can access until the order is complete.
Check billing and shipping details
Billing information should match the payment method when required by the provider. Shipping information should match the delivery destination. For a focused review, use the Address and Delivery Review.
