Tracking can update in steps
Carrier scans can take time to appear after a shipping label is created. Use the tracking link from your shipping email and allow time for the first movement scan.
Keep your order details nearby
Keep the order confirmation email available until delivery is complete. If you notice an address or delivery issue, contact support promptly with your order number.
Prepare for delivery
When the package arrives, inspect the shipping package before opening individual units. Keep the mailer or box until you confirm the item, pack size, and label match your order confirmation.
Read the physical label first
The physical package remains the controlling source for ingredients, warnings, directions, date information, and storage guidance.
