Watch for order updates
Order confirmations, fulfillment updates, and tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created.
Check the package before opening
When your order arrives, inspect the shipping package first. Keep the mailer or box until you confirm the item, pack size, and product label match your order confirmation.
Read the physical label
The physical package remains the controlling source for ingredients, warnings, directions, date information, and storage guidance. Do not use an item if the seal is broken, the package is leaking, or the label does not match the product ordered.
Store it clearly
Keep sealed honey-based wellness products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Retain the package until the product is finished so label details remain available.
