Royal Honey Peak writes with restraint. These notes explain what our marketing emails are for, how they differ from order messages, and how to decide whether staying subscribed is useful.
What Product Notes includes
Product Notes may include label-first product guidance, format comparisons, order support reminders, practical storage notes, and occasional store offers. The focus is clarity before and after checkout.
How often we write
We avoid high-frequency promotional sending. Most emails are tied to a specific moment, such as a new subscriber welcome, an unfinished checkout, a first order, a delivery check-in, a reorder reminder, or an occasional product note.
Order emails are separate
Order confirmations, shipping updates, and support replies are sent for service reasons and are separate from optional marketing updates. Use an email address you can access until the order is complete.
When to leave the list
If the emails are no longer useful, use the unsubscribe or manage preferences link in the footer of any Royal Honey Peak marketing email. A smaller, interested list is better than sending to people who do not want updates.
